Grech House

The Grech House project, nestled in the tranquil setting of Xaghra, Gozo, showcases KEIRO Architecture and Design’s expertise in crafting interiors that blend Italian elegance with Scandinavian simplicity. Tasked with designing the interiors of a newly built terraced house, we collaborated closely with the clients, who, having prior experience, had a well-defined vision for their home. The result is a harmonious blend of Italian chic aesthetics infused with a minimalist Scandinavian twist.

The interiors feature rich wooden tones, luxurious fabrics, and clean lines, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that exudes sophistication. Every detail was carefully curated to reflect the clients’ refined taste, from the selection of rich-colored textiles to the seamless integration of natural materials.

The design extends to the rooftop, where a stunning pool area offers unobstructed rural views. Here, the concept takes a bold turn, drawing inspiration from contemporary Moroccan and Moorish design. Backlit mesh elements, combined with intricately patterned tiles within the pool, create an enchanting ambiance that transforms the space into a serene retreat, perfect for relaxation and entertainment.

The Grech House is a testament to KEIRO’s ability to blend diverse design influences, resulting in a home that is both elegant and comfortable, with a rooftop oasis that captures the essence of contemporary luxury.
