Hamlet Square

In collaboration with TUM Invest Group, KEIRO Architecture and Design undertook the challenge of designing an innovative apartment complex in Zurrieq, Malta. The project aimed to introduce a modern, distinctive building while enhancing its surroundings.

Our approach focused on crafting a building that would stand out within the village's landscape. The design resulted in three blocks comprising twenty-three well-sized apartments and three spacious penthouses. The primary objective was to achieve a crisp, visually appealing façade that harmonizes with the local context. To achieve this, we introduced two distinct balcony designs, utilizing timber, glass, and stone to create an engaging architectural presence.

Attention to detail extended to the interiors, where we optimized space to ensure comfortable living. The interiors were designed with a neutral color palette, punctuated by vibrant furnishings to add character and warmth.

Hamlet Square exemplifies KEIRO’s commitment to blending aesthetic appeal with functional living, creating a residence that meets contemporary needs while standing out in its community.
