The villa’s design features a dynamic interplay of levels that enriches the spatial experience. An underground garage seamlessly integrates with the structure, while the upper level transforms into an expansive dining nook, offering panoramic views and a perfect setting for gatherings.

Breaking away from traditional pool designs, the villa boasts a wrap-around pool, which enhances the outdoor living area. An elegantly designed waterfall adds a touch of serenity and visual interest, ideal for enjoyment throughout the day.

A dedicated sink-in chilling zone, complete with a cozy fire pit, ensures that the outdoor space is versatile and inviting year-round.
